Triple Threat Program

Triple Threat will involve a small group workout focusing on skill development of defense, dribbling, passing, off-ball movement, shooting, pick & rolls, in-game scenarios, one-on-one skills building, strengthening, and conditioning! We will run personal drills and mentally prepare our students to be the best basketball players they can be!
